Drawrawr.com is a WIP Online Art Community (currently in Beta) for artists to post their artwork, receive feedback from fellow artists, write journal entries, follow updates from their favorite artists, participate in fun art competitions and activities, buy unique artwork from users, sell their own creations, learn recipes and crafts, listen to the radio featuring music from users, Join and organize clubs, participate in roleplaying, draw live with other users, and much more!
Whether you're a painter, illustrator, sculptor, culinary artist, writer, photographer, clothier, toy maker, jeweler, live performer, musician, animator, digital artist, craftsman, tattoo artist, whatever!
Drawrawr is back on SA again! We're fixing up and updating our SA, DA, Facebook, and Twitter pages in preparation for the DR2 Site Rewrite!
For those of you who don't know, We are completely rewriting the site. The current one that many of you are using has a lot of bugs and design flaws and the code isn't good enough to support a large amount of users. (Originally we didn't expect to gain so much interest..!)
The new site is coming along very nicely, and MUCH faster than the first time we wrote the site because of a change to a Model-View-Controller web framework rather than Apache's file-serving system.
Basically, we have to write a lot less code to accomplish the same things. (but with better quality)

It's full of what we're working on, what we've completed, and our To-Dos!
When the time comes, we'll write another journal explaining how to sign up for the DR2 rewrite of the site! But that won't be for a few months.
Also, when the rewrite is up, we'll be running on an invite system for sign ups so we hope to get a lot more users!
Is there any word on the street as to when it will be open for new testers again? I am a 1-art-account-only type of person and I am looking to relocate there ASAP!
